Weekly update 30/8 - Albert Ayler, Bengt "Frippe" Nordström, Bjarne Rostvold, Har You Percussion Group, Larry Dixon, Lars Lystedt, Marius Cultier, New Life Trio, Sir Lazarus, Truck and much more...

Another heavyweight update this Friday with lots of great records that we've never had in stock before, or very rarely do. There's nice additions to the jazz, free jazz, soul and rock sections, and some really interesting stuff in latin and reggae too. I can't really say if this is better than last week or not, but there sure are some legendary records like My Name Is Albert Ayler, three records by Bengt "Frippe" Nordström, Har You Percussion Group, Lasse Lystedt's Fanfar 10" and the South-East Asian psych LP from Truck - Surprise! Surprise! on Baal.

We've also recently bought loads of jazz from a large collection which we will be working as fast as we can to provide you with, so keep an eye out the coming weeks!

Remember to catch up with us on Facebook, where we post more pictures of records and try to keep it interesting!

If you're looking for some new music but don't know where to start, check out our Recommendations where we try to highlight some of the things we really like. Simply timeless, quality music.

And take a look at a couple of the more exclusive records below (photo collages are good for you!):

Ultra rare Danish original on Debut and in excellent shape. Very strong additions to the Jazz and Free Jazz sections coming out today.

Deep jazz set with the groovy "Afrikan samba" and the spiritual "Song for my friends"

A rare "Frippe" title we've never had before, with bass probably played by Conny Lundin. Two more records by Bengt "Frippe" Nordström added today as well.

Legendary trio album with Allan Botschinsky and Niels Henning Ørsted Pedersen.

Private pressed free jazz with Milo Fine, supposedly made in 500 copies.

Early 80's funk/soul/boogie LP with the club track "Looks like your funk" and two step slowie "Stay".

Truly classic latin LP with the massive club tune "Welcome to the party" and more winners.

Private pressed Swedish rock/prog, recorded "live without an audience". Don't miss out on the other rock/prog titles being added today.

Big bad roots set including the killer track "Folly ranking".

Amazing album from Mali with deep and moody songs like "Duga" and latin tunes like "Janfa".

1984 modern soul/boogie rarity with the killer dance tracks "Doing what comes naturally" and "Dance to the beat".

1962 4-track EP, one of the rarest Swedish jazz-records - and in great shape.

Killer West Indies fusion/funk jazz LP with "Diamant" & "Oelele" among others.

Japanese free jazz from 1975 with the full throttle "Fragment VI".

Beautiful record with the deep vocal jazz tune "Empty streets", that also had it's cover art lended to Gilles Peterson's "Freedom Rhythm & Sound" compilation & book.

Great Rocksteady double sider on the FAB-label. More Prince Buster added today, and many new additions to the Reggae-section.

Rare Texas soul/funk LP with the monster crossover soul track "It's not the end for me" and much more.

Heavy latin obscurity from mysterious artist and label, a really swinging album with a unique sound.

South-East Asian psych rock rarity that sounds heavily inspired by UK acts from the same era. Don't miss out on the other rock/prog titles being added today.
