The Lamont Dozier/McKinley Jackson mix



After Motown Lamont Dozier not only got his solo career going but also kept his partnership with the Holland brothers. As well as setting up new fruitful collaborations with people like McKinley Jackson, Reginald Dozier and Popcorn Wylie.

Today we're filling up our reggae, brazil, latin and afro-sections with lots of new arrivals. In the reggae section we have some FAB, Dice and Blue Beat 45s (including the rare "All My Loving/Try A Little Tenderness" by Prince Buster), a bunch of tasty Lee Perry/Upsetters 12"s plus classic albums from Alton Ellis, Pioneers, I Roy, Toyan...

European Jazz, Fusion & Funk jazz

Strong European jazz-update today - to start with we are happy to offer the ultra rare private pressed Sven Hessle-LP again, this time complete with the letter (first time we have a copy with the real letter)! We also have classic Swedish jazz-rarities (LPs & EPs) from Staffan Abeleen, Lars Lystedt, Gilbert Holmström and Lars Gullin and some Norwegian stuff like That's Why "Children of the Future Age", Per Husby "Peacemaker", Paul Weeden "Attakullaculla"... Two more that needs special mention is London Jazz Four "An Elizabethan Songbook" and the UK issue of Dusko Goykovich's "Swinging Macedonia" (with different cover art than the German issue), plus we have some nice fusion and funk jazz like Cortex, Splash, Frode Thingnaes and many, many more.
