Progressive Rock!

This week it's all about "Progg" (in the Scandinavian, political sense) and progressive rock. Swedish heavyweight titles like original copies of the two recently reissued Träd Gräs & Stenar LPs "Mors Mors" and "Djungelns Lag", Pandora's (not that 90s Pandora) "Measures of Time", hard rocking Renhjärta album "Glitt-Glitt", the increasingly popular Stenblomma - "Alla träd har samma rot" and the cosmic, Berlin-school sounding masterpiece "Tussilago Fanfara" by Anna Själv Tredje.
Outside of Sweden we have UK top proggers like Egg ("The Civil Surface"), Galliard ("New Dawn") on Deram, the first Genesis LP and a bunch of records from our Norwegian neighbours Ruphus.
Later tonight you have the chance to see the first live gig by Swedish psychedelic space-kraut-library-funk group Hashish. Their debut LP has sold great, but we still have copies in case you've been sleeping (http://recordmania.se/index.php?ref=lookup&recid=RWN126039).
Record Mania's Head of Rock and Various International Affairs, Martin, has been given the night off to take you on a trippy record voyage across both hemispheres - before and after the show.
