Modern Soul, Boogie, Disco and House Part 1!

Big, bold modern soul/boogie/disco update this week, with an extra sprinkling of house. Too many nice titles to mention really, but I'll give it a go. Modern LPs include stone gems as Village Choir - Street opera with a blues waltz, Brief Encounter - We want to play, Magnetic Touch on Almeria, Ted Coleman Band and Sandra Lord's rare "Midnite magic" album. Disco & house 12"s come in numbers as well, with personal picks in George Duke - I want you for myself, Hardlife on Underground Resistance, Sylvester's all-time disco classic "Over and over", Carly Simon's "Tranquillo and 5 star soul/boogie from Bridge in the shape of "Baby don't hold your love back".

Also a few 45s, among them two step soul perfection from Rinlew Allstars ("Didn't want a lot, did ya") and rare Swedish boogie from Esquille.

Check the pictures below for examples of the rarer stuff or see all of this week's new arrivals on our New In Stock-section.
