It's 45 Friday again, with hundreds of (mostly) 60s and 70s singles covering rhythm 'n' blues, deep/bluesy soul, northern, crossover and other sub-categories. Heaps of Aretha, Impressions, Five Stairsteps, Betty Wright and such well-known artists, but also plenty of obscurities. You will find a ton of Ricky Allen titles, including his biggie Cut You Loose. Anyone into tough 60s uptempo soul should check the Albert Washington 45s, and the Jesse Fisher, H Andrews and Bobby Dukes titles on offer are all mandatory listening for the crossover fans.
