Library & Soundtracks!

Today we're glad to bring an extra mid-week update dedicated to Library and Soundtracks, it's our first focusing solely on these styles. Many of the renowned library labels are included, such as Music De Wolfe, Bruton, KPM, Peer, Themes, Editions Montparnasse 2000 and Cam. A few titles to mention would be Tropicals "Urubamba", Eddie Warner "Progressive Percussions 2", Roger Webb Sound "Vocal Patterns", Mario Molino "Inside" and Sven Libaek's brilliant "Solar Flares".

Today's update is Disco, Modern Soul, House and Electronic. Well over 150 titles added, among them Moodymann "KDJ 44", an odd piece of Mexican ambient by Jorge Reyes and Antonio Zepeda, city pop from Mariya Takeuchi and Yasuro Agawa, Love Exchange "Do You Want My Love", La Voyage "II" and more.

Afro, Latin & Brazil

After a snowy week in Stockholm, we feel it's time to go tropical! We're stocking up the Afro, Latin and Brazil section with over 150 titles. The Afro/Tropical bag includes some East African 45's, funana sounds by Tulipa Negra, Fela "Upside Down" and West Indies goodness from Anzala and Lord Superior. Among the Brazilian LP's you'll find many of the usual suspects, like Gilberto Gil, Nara Leao, Elis Regina, Ivan Lins and Gal Costa, plus titles such as Robertinho Silva "Bateria" and "Viralata" by Antonio Adolfo. And to wrap things up there's lots of strong Latin titles, a few examples being the early Kako LP "Kako Y Su Combo Gigante", Orquesta La Ofensiva "Mi Panama Esta Chevere" and "From The Streets" by Chuito and The Latin Uniques.

Reggae!

Small but sweet Reggae update today. A few examples to highlight are Brentford Rockers "Greedy G", Noel Phillips "Youth Man Vibrations", Prince Far I "Showcase In A Suitcase", Derrick Harriott "Acid Rock" and Freddie McKay "A Lonely Man".
